All products, including shoes, are eligible

Please provide your receipt or Product imfomation card and photos of the product.

Exchanges

As our products are one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not be available.

In such cases, we will propose an alternative item.

Exchanges are limited to one per customer.

Shipping & Duties

・Defective items:

We cover the return shipping, replacement shipping, and customs duties.

・Customer preference (size or image):

We cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Return shipping and any customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
